It is the story of Nataraja (Anjan Nagendra), a civil engineer, who has an ambition of becoming a movie director. He spends time with his friends but makes little effort to realize his ambition of becoming a movie director. He falls in love with Swathi (Ashwitha Hegde), the daughter of a tea stall owner. As usual, their love story faces a lot of problems. Meanwhile, Nataraja makes an attempt to realize his long-pending dream of becoming a movie director. The climax is what happens to Swathi and whether Nataraja succeeds in his mission to become a movie director.

It is good to see Anjan Nagendra and Ashwitha Hegde leaving no stones unturned to prove their acting skills. Kambli Hula is the first movie for Navan Sreenivas yet he handled the megaphone like an experienced director. He aptly cleared all the doubts in the climax. The other artistes like Rohit Kumar, Deepak Rai have provided good support.

Cameraman has done a good job in capturing the greenery of Kodagu.

The movie Kambli Hula is worth watching by all, especially youth who love to watch romantic comedy flicks.
